▊ Supply chain management
Tatung Fine Chemical Co. believes that with good relationship with decent suppliers can make sure getting high quality parts/products to raise productivity to share the benefits to the customers around the world. Hence, We conducts internal control and related management procedures to manage and introduce new suppliers.
Good quality, competitive price, on time delivery, and service are the first consideration when We purchases raw materials and products. That also prefers purchase from local suppliers in Taiwan in order to support local business and fulfill social responsibility. The main suppliers are from Taiwan, followed by China and American. The details are list in Figure ,Meanwhile, in order to maintain excellent product quality and reliability, new materials are required to be used, and the concept of green procurement is adhered to.
On the other hand, We requests suppliers to fulfill corporate social responsibility together by adding anti-corruption and human rights (human rights, freedom of association, child labor, and forced labor) clauses in the contract. If any of the foregoing terms is violated, We may immediately terminate the contract or cancel the order.
▊ Supplier Introduction and Management
Tatung Fine Chemical Co. its suppliers into four categories( each category has its own introducing procedures and management strategy shown in the following table) The introduction of the new supplier WE also evaluates the management of hazardous substances (RoHS and REACH), conducting safety measures for hazardous job, and implementation of environmental management system as an extra evaluation for introduction of a new supplier.
For suppliers who already cooperate with us are implemented monthly assessment in aspect of quality, delivery, price, and service. Any unqualified supplies will be requested to correct actions . And we will in accordance with this categories for purchasing.
In order to practice corporate social responsibility, Tatung Fine Chemical Co. requires our supplies to cooperate and comply with relevant regulations such as environmental protection, safety, and hygiene. Among them, manufacturers should promise that all products, materials and accessories they provide must comply with environmental standards, and agree to abide by all local laws and regulations, including labor safety and health, to create a sustainable Development goal together。
