Coating characteristics

1. Non-Flame Test: No combustible flame by UL-94, V-0 tests.
   Not show any combustion flame on 20 times overload.
2. Short time Load: 1 second on normal power and 25 seconds off, passed 10,000 cycles no color change and crack, resistance value change rate less than 1%.
3. Boiling water test: Coating resistor put in boiling water for 30 mins, 30 mins energized resistive value change rate is within 1%. (100KΩ)
4. Volume resistivity: 1* 1014Ω/0,1mm,(500V voltage is applied)
5. Dielectric withstanding voltage: 500V/0.1mm above.
6. Arc resistance: 250 seconds above.
7. Hardness:2H above.
8. Heat resistance: 200℃*16 hours, the coating does not crack.

▊ Applications

SILITON® 7500 is based on silicone resin and heat-resistant inorganic pigments the main ingredients of the protective coating, and use high temperature to complete silicone condensation reaction. Apply to Metal-oxide film resistors, High power resistors, Fusible resistors, Wire-wound resistors, Thermistors, Varistors, and Cement resistors.
